Centered in self-awareness, acceptance, and expression, Sharece Willcoxon left the corporate health industry to pursue her dream of teaching yoga in 2014. She wanted to help others, especially mothers, families and those with “a little too little personal time” achieve center, joy, and peace.
Sharece has practiced yoga since she was 17, becoming a committed yogi at age 21. Sharece attained her Yoga Alliance Certification for instruction in Northern California, and spent 3 months abroad in India discovering the roots of Vinyasa and inner peace.
With passion for life to spare and a joyous demeanor that illuminates those around her, Sharece creates a welcoming yoga environment that nurtures self-confidence and inspires connectedness with self, family, and loved ones.
